The Isle of Skye is so beautiful.
We drove around the southern part in the morning.
Of course, Elwood found a bell!
So quaint with Fish & Chips everywhere
The harbor
We saw thatched roofs
Gaelic on every sign
We rode the ferry across the bay
So picturesque
Great to be on the water
Had lunch on the way back to Glasgow in an old railroad dining car.
Elwood weighed himself on the scale
We saw one of these hairy coos, the rest they said had gone up the hills
and were blending in with the heather. We were excited to see one!
We crossed many cattle gates.
And saw these stone
lovely and green
We drove along Loch Lomond.
Jan & I serenaded the guys with all of our Scottish songs
Dipping my foot in the loch
A beautiful Scottish home.
Off to Ireland tomorrow.
