Just finished the last of the Vinarterta today.
This is the Icelandic Christmas cake which Karin & I make every year.
It is yummy! And definitely a comfort food for me.
Not to worry, I had others eating with me. :)
One of my New Years resolutions was to acquire some house plants.
I have started.
And I've started playing Pickleball on Monday & Friday mornings.
It is a lot of fun!
