We celebrated Karin's birthday on Mother's day.
On the day, they invited us to join them at

Then choose your toppings ~ fruit, candies, chocolate, nutella, etc.
Then they freeze it in nitrogen!!!
Oh. MY. WORD.
But yup....
It's delicious!
