We loved our evening at Yuletide 2013! Such a relaxed fun evening of music with Folk Angel, The Robbie Sea band and Kirk Thurmond. All were terrific. Fun to share it with Bryan & Eraina.

It just took us about 2 hours in traffic to get here....
but it was worth it!
Prestonwood Baptist puts on a spectacular Christmas Performance. Incredible.
The second half of the performance was the reenactment of the Christ's birth ~~was so moving.
The grandkids loved the plethora of animals ~ horse, donkey, huge camels, zebra, pheasants,
I loved the rendition of the Little Drummer Boy, with drummers throughout the auditorium and their rendition of O Holy Night.
Last but not least, I've done a lot of Christmas Baking.
So very pleased with my Vinetarta this year. Yay!
For those who don't know, it is the Icelandic Christmas Cake, part of my heritage.
Now if I could just have this much success with my lefsa.... part of Elwood's heritage. :)
