London

The House of Parliament & Big Ben

The London Eye & the Thames River

Big Ben

Buckingham Palace & the Changing of the Guard

Incredible amount of people for being a cooler day in January.
We can't imagine what the summer must be like!

Queen Elizabeth was in residence for our visit! :)

 The Gates were incredible!

The Canada Gates with Saskatchewan even mentioned!

The Canada Gates

We loved riding on the upper deck.

Amd seeing the red phone booths everywhere!

We visited Borough Market

Amazing assortment of nuts!

And wild meat

Great streets

And even Flowers!

 Tower Bridge

The London Tower
A number of beheadings went on here

A highlight of our day was attending a service at St. Paul's Cathedral.
The organ was incredible.

Then we had supper at the Café in the Crypt
at St. Martin-in-the-Fields Church, Trafalgar Square.
Handel played the opening recital here in 1726.

The Café

Yes, you are in the Crypt!!

Of course we had to try to make a phone call...

The London Eye at Night.

And yes, we did get a bit of London rain ~ thankfully in the late evening
and we were on the bus!
