We were so glad we could go and see Erik & Yuriko.
The side benefit of them living in BC is we get to see
Wally & Inez
and Terry & Jan
We saw Erik's new place of employment
Saw some of the changes they have made in their great house
Yuriko took us on a tour of the Packing Plant Museum
So interesting.
And to a fruit store.
Of course the clerk loves Yuriko!!
We loved the apples!!
Drove out in the country to get a wonderful view of the beautiful valley
But....
we are traveling in November.
So we also drove through some cloud and fog.
And into lots of snow....
The trees, mountains and snow are absolutely gorgeous!!
And thankfully we had a rented great truck and
did not have to travel by canoe
I received a big " Oh My Wow!!" ~ to quote Larson ~
when Darlene & Jan gave me
a Kindle Paperwhite for my significant birthday!!
I am still overwhelmed!!
Thank you both so very much!!
We fly in and out through Seattle and it was so fun to see the
Space Needle all lit up. Spectacular!!
Karin & the Top Staff Girls of 2000 stayed at our home for some of the time we were gone.
We were so glad they could hang out there. :)
