Happy Valentine's Day

My special Valentines.....


























Our first fire in our fireplace. So peaceful.



Karin is on bedrest. A little hard with two small children but she is doing well. She comes over to our house maybe half the days and then I go to their house the other half. It is working fine. We'd appreciate your prayers for this little one.



The kids are so helpful. They pick up the toys and clear the table and then we play... inside or out. It is great.

Hey Elwood & Lorraine are you missing Saskatchewan yet this winter? We had 5mm of rain last Monday making extreme ice on the highways, but we still go to work. Then on Tuesday we got an additional foot of snow. There is no where left to push snow. Many places in the country have snow banks in the ditch three to four feet over the cabs of the trucks, but we still go to work and school :) Its been many many years since we had snow like this. It will fill the rivers, streams, and dugouts. You can barely see the tops of the fence posts in the fields. I picked 18 nuts off the ground from the two Oak tress at the farm last October and left them in a damp bag in the crisper since then. Last week five of them sprouted so now have planted them in pots, hopefully they continue to grow. Did I mention we still go to work when it rains in February in Saskatchewan?? :) Now we have a foot of snow over the 5mm of ice, average speed on the tolls to Midale 70KPH.
