This past Saturday, Bryan, Eraina, Lucy and us drove to Waco and cheered on the Baylor Football team to a great victory over Texas A & M. Score: 41 to 21.
Lucy had to dress for the chilly weather! It actually was a very cold game. The temperature was around 60 but with the wind and the humidity, it really was cold! Even for us Canadians.
At half time, the Texas A & M Marching Band performed. They were incredible with their sound and their precision marching. Amazing.
We topped off the day by watching the Baylor basketball team soar to victory. Notice Lucy in her Baylor attire.
The week before, Bryan got us tickets for the Texas Stampede Rodeo. What great fun... and just when we were missing Agribition!
Last Saturday, I got to enjoy the Veteran's Day Parade in Frisco. Four high school marching bands. It was great.
For those interested, the black writing desk in my last post, was Elwood's grandma Lydia's desk. It used to be at the farm at the top of the stairs.
